STEP 1 – Onboarding

Your journey in the CoOp begins with a completed onboarding form.

 

STEP 2 – Planning

Member Ambassadors facilitate client account access to your preferred suppliers by initiating the LOP process and requesting quotes.

STEP 3 – Ordering

You can order with the CoOp through multiple avenues based on convenience and ease. You can also use your Member Ambassador to help with ordering.

STEP 4 – Payments

Payments are made on your PO and submitted directly to the supplier.

STEP 5 – Support

Your Member Ambassador will communicate with you to ensure you are not experiencing any challenges and provide insight into new supplier promotions and contracts.
