Wynton’s journey with SDI, began 15 years ago as a second-shift Storeroom Attendant. Today he is currently an Operations Manager overseeing multiple sites. He has held various positions in our company, and has been promoted 4 times over the years:

Wynton credits much of his growth to the people who have supported him along the way: the site managers who coached and mentored him; the hardworking storeroom attendants whose daily efforts are the foundation of our operations; and the Operations leadership, directors, Purchasing, and Procurement teams with whom he built strong relationships. Their guidance, collaboration, and dedication have played an important role in his success.

A key milestone in Tevita’s development was graduating from SDI’s SMRT Program, a year-long leadership development program designed to prepare employees for Site Manager roles. The program combines instructor-led training, self-paced learning, and hands-on experience to help participants build the skills needed to lead successful operations.
When asked about the key to his success, Tevita points to his willingness to learn, embrace new challenges, and step outside of his comfort zone. He believes that one of the most important qualities of any leader is the ability to solve problems, no matter how complex or challenging they may be.
Mike Mason joined SDI in September 2013 as an Operations Consultant within Project Services. Over the past 13 years, he has advanced through several leadership roles and is now Senior Director of Purchasing. Throughout his career, Mike has held the following positions:
