Underscoring SDI’s commitment to culture, one of Lorraine’s first goals was to improve employee engagement, a critical effort as many employees worked remotely. Those ventures encompassed upgraded benefits, the Best-in-Class program, the Preciate Peer Recognition platform, Care Packages, and various incentives like scratch-off cards.
