Steve Pixley is the Founder and President of AutoCrib Inc. AutoCrib is the industry leading point-of-use, industrial vending provider.  Steve has owned a manufacturing company and has also owned a large industrial distribution company and experienced first-hand the inventory challenges that his customers were constantly facing. This experience led him to build the first industrial vending machine in his garage. The key stakeholders gather to evaluate the solution as implemented and create a plan to sustain the improvements. The goal is to standardize the improved processes, establish an audit schedule and schedule periodic follow-up to identify additional opportunities for improvement.
