BRISTOL, Pa. November 7, 2005 SDI (Strategic Distribution, Inc. Nasdaq: STRD), a leading provider of MRO supply chain management services, recently received two award recognitions the 2005 Strategic Business Partner Award and the Silver Business Partner Award from APPA: The Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers.
The awards were presented during APPA’s annual Educational Facilities Leadership Forum in Orlando, Fla. This marks the second consecutive year that SDI earned the recognition.
Award recipients, according to APPA, add value to the association by providing solutions and in-depth resources to improve staff efficiencies and reduce overall costs. SDI provides MRO supply chain services to the education industry, including colleges and universities. Among its clients are the University of Pennsylvania and the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.
