Corporate Profile
Strategic Distribution, Inc. (SDI) is recognized as a leading provider of MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) integrated supply chain management services in North America. SDI helps its customers optimize business performance and meet strategic goals by providing technology and supply chain solutions to increase productivity and reduce total costs. SDI delivers on-site supply chain management expertise through its trademarked In-Plant Store®, as well as offering flexible custom and catalog solutions to address a variety of enterprise-wide demands.
Outsourcing Trend Drives Revenue Growth
In an effort to improve operational efficiency, businesses have increasingly opted to outsource functions that are outside of their core competencies. Outsourcing allows an organization to concentrate on their core business, while leaving supply chain management to an expert like SDI. SDI believes that increased recognition of the inefficiencies associated with the traditional MRO supply distribution process has increased the demand for its supply chain management solutions. Continuation of this trend will enable SDI to expand revenue growth through a broader customer base, and increase mature revenue at its existing accounts.
Focus on Shareholder Value
SDI operates on a base of seven core values. Shareholder Value is one of the core company values along with Customer Value, Excellence, Integrity, Generous Listening, Continuous Learning, and Standing for Each Other’s Success.  Our employees create value for our shareholders by generating and implementing industry-leading ideas. We hold ourselves accountable to creating equitable value for our shareholders.
