With over 16 years of progressive experience in sourcing strategies and supplier management, Veronica brings a unique blend of strategic direction and operational execution.
Tom brings to SDI a wealth of strategic sourcing experience from over 30 years in varying roles at Bristol-Myers Squib, Ingersoll Rand and Ascend Performance Materials. His experience in supplier management, category leadership and staff management are outstanding and serve to strengthen our organizational capabilities in procurement.
As program manager at SDI, Vee is known for establishing operational processes and achieving measurable results for SDI’s clients.
David brings a diverse skillset to the SDI team, with over 16 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management for companies like Flash Global Logistics and Choice Logistics.
Glenn brings a creative problem-solving approach to each implementation, providing leadership and organization to demonstrate tangible and measurable results for our clients.
From his years in sales at Diageo to his compliance experience with AMC to his time in freight and logistics, Jason is fully aligned to our clients’ supply chain and overall business goals.

John brings over 20 years of experience in a variety of sales and business development activities focused consistently on providing custom MRO product and service solutions to large, multi-location Fortune 500 manufacturing firms.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience as a developer and project manager, Scott brings a strong understanding of the unique challenges presented in the integrated supply industry.

The next generation of value, MRO-as-a-Service, helps organizations build intelligent, agile, scalable and integrated supply chains (direct and indirect).
The project team has worked its way through Define, Measure, Analyze, and Improve. It’s time to begin the Control phase. The key stakeholders gather to evaluate the solution as implemented and create a plan to sustain the improvements. The goal is to standardize the improved processes, establish an audit schedule and schedule periodic follow-up to identify additional opportunities for improvement.
