Procurement

With over 16 years of progressive experience in sourcing strategies and supplier management, Veronica brings a unique blend of strategic direction and operational execution.

Tom brings to SDI a wealth of strategic sourcing experience from over 30 years in varying roles at Bristol-Myers Squib, Ingersoll Rand and Ascend Performance Materials. His experience in supplier management, category leadership and staff management are outstanding and serve to strengthen our organizational capabilities in procurement.

Operations

As program manager at SDI, Vee is known for establishing operational processes and achieving measurable results for SDI’s clients.

David brings a diverse skillset to the SDI team, with over 16 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management for companies like Flash Global Logistics and Choice Logistics.

Glenn brings a creative problem-solving approach to each implementation, providing leadership and organization to demonstrate tangible and measurable results for our clients.

From his years in sales at Diageo to his compliance experience with AMC to his time in freight and logistics, Jason is fully aligned to our clients’ supply chain and overall business goals.

With over 20 years of operational supply chain expertise, Patti drive overall client satisfaction and best-in-class service delivery for SDI's clients.

Missy started her career at SDI 30+ years ago, working side by side with the founders of MRO integrated supply chain management.

Having spent the last 10 years working within the industrial supply and supply chain industries, Josh DeMatteo knows MRO inside and out - and that means he helps deliver an exceptional customer experience time and time again. 

John brings over 20 years of experience in a variety of sales and business development activities focused consistently on providing custom MRO product and service solutions to large, multi-location Fortune 500 manufacturing firms.

From site management to business development, Victor Sanchez has a uniquely holistic perspective to managing the day-to-day operations of SDI’s Mexican Headquarters.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience as a developer and project manager, Scott brings a strong understanding of the unique challenges presented in the integrated supply industry.

Mike is responsible for the enhancement, maintenance and support of SDI’s proprietary web and mobile product offering that enhances and enables every client account.

An experienced and nimble recruiter, with over 16 years at companies like Almac and Independence Blue Cross, Melanie Symms knows good talent.

In the third post in this series on MRO As-a-Service by Spend Matters, Pierre Mitchell and Michael Lamoureux talk about how managing MRO as a process delivers benefits from efficiency to effectiveness and beyond to an evolutionary phase. The next generation of value, MRO-as-a-Service, helps organizations build intelligent, agile, scalable and integrated supply chains (direct and indirect).

The project team has worked its way through Define, Measure, Analyze, and Improve. It’s time to begin the Control phase. The key stakeholders gather to evaluate the solution as implemented and create a plan to sustain the improvements. The goal is to standardize the improved processes, establish an audit schedule and schedule periodic follow-up to identify additional opportunities for improvement.
