David serves as our Manager of Engineering Services to help increase efficiency and productivity of SDI’s clients in Mexico. A Six Sigma Black Belt, he leads the team that conducts data analytics, reviews process efficiencies, and interacts with SDI’s clients in Mexico to provide actionable plans to address issues that may affect supply chain productivity.

With a history in commercial contruction and in the health insurance industry, David has extensive expertise leading continous improvement projects and business process improvement initiatives. His client focus and drive to find not only savings opportunities but also productivity improvements, helps David view enterprise MRO from a more comprehensive 360º perspective.

The next generation of value, MRO-as-a-Service, helps organizations build intelligent, agile, scalable and integrated supply chains (direct and indirect).

The project team has worked its way through Define, Measure, Analyze, and Improve. It’s time to begin the Control phase. The key stakeholders gather to evaluate the solution as implemented and create a plan to sustain the improvements. The goal is to standardize the improved processes, establish an audit schedule and schedule periodic follow-up to identify additional opportunities for improvement.
